Health authorities say that having lots of stress hormones constantly can cause so many problems to show up. Some of them include elevated glucose levels, diabetes, obesity, high cholesterol, increased blood pressure readings, heart attack and stroke.

The importance of keeping at bay unnecessary anxiety cannot be stressed enough. It's a good thing that such can be obtained in a number of ways that require no administration of drugs. Mental health authorities agree that having a hearty laugh regularly is an excellent way to fend off excess anxiety and also reduce too much stress.
