You will also find it more fun to listen to music while you are eating. This is the best helper that can soothe you when you are eating. It will also trigger a relaxation response from the body, which then lowers your cortisol levels, which then helps in digesting the food that you are eating. When you are cleaning, you will most likely hum or sing. Just like when you are cooking, you will also sing while you are cleaning so that you can turn this tedious activity into a fun one. The best music to play while cleaning are those with energetic beat. Hip-hop and pop music can definitely energize you to clean better.

Activities that do not really require high levels of concentration will be easier to complete when one listens to music. Playing good music before you sleep is also recommended. This is mostly because it benefits the body by giving it the chance to get enough sleep at night. The quality of sleep that the body receives will increase as well. You simply have to pick those music that promotes sleep.
