The residents of this institution were notorious kids who had a profound disdain for authority. His work saw him wake up at least three times per night to check on the kids. He would reprimand any students caught sneaking off at night and guide them to the right path.
The job at Graham Windham strengthened his resolve of someday making a profound positive impact many young people across the nation. He continued to perfect his counseling skills for close to a year. Eventually, he emerged as a brilliant motivator and psychiatrist capable of assisting troubled kids to reconsider their negative ways and habits; many changed their lives, for the better.
Daniel was also the night manager at the New York Law School in the nineties. He was in charge of the security of this prestigious learning institution for close to two years. At the law school, his docket was expected to handle the intricate details of government workers and other notable dignitaries using the premises, especially the library. He also conducted interviews with prospective employees. Routine training of the staff at the campus was also his role.
He later moved to New York to take up a new position as the General Manager of Regency Inc. This job had Mr. Karlton take charge of the entire inventory accounts of the firm. He focused on establishing and maintain professional and productive relationships with the various vendors and suppliers who worked in collaboration with the company.
Asides the professional jobs mentioned here, the man is also a decent poet. He has written and published many poems. Some of his literary works have even won him some awards and accolades. Karlton is a prominent feature of International Poetry competitions scene.
