On September 30, 2015, another complain came up from Durham, NC. The customer had purchased a new home from the company on October 2014 and it had an annual-year guarantee. There was a damaged alarm at the back exit and the customer wanted it replaced. He sent the request on July 20, 2015.They send a lot of emails requesting for the repair but there was no signs of any plan to repair the alarm. Later the customer noticed that the Toll Associates had cancelled the request.
A client from Cave Creek, Arizona had another issue about the contractors. She says that they were sold a Mountain View property, which they paid the required premiums. About three weeks after they moved in, another 30 feet build was built just behind theirs blocking them from the view that could have had. They complained that this was not as per their agreement.
On placing complains to the Tolls and the salesperson, they were shut down on the fact that they did not write any promise that they mainly wanted to get the view of the mountain. Before moving in, they had walked at the backyard with the Vice President to the company Arizona who had told them that the house under construction would not exceed ten feet.
On November 6 2015, a client from Warrington had a review on the Brothers operation. The customer stated that people who live near the development site of the company were facing harsh and noisy times during the companies operation. The trucks at the site tilled the green vegetation making the area very a dry premise. The firm was also accused of selling the top soils of the area.
A complain from Lodi states that the sheet rocking, taping, framing, sparkling, and the painting of the company is not on the house of this client. The pavements have a lot of grass growing, ponding, mold and settling issues. They also state that the manager is not in a position to answer their booming questions. They also criticized robbery of property in Naples in Florida.
