When a maid agency has captivated you with their "honesty", "years of experience" and their "wonderful maids" it's just normal for you sometimes to doubt them or to say it's too good to be true, then again what if it is? It's time you know when and what to believe about the agency's sales strategy.

An agency promoting the maid serves them right when the maid deserves the credit. Most maids are shy types and they don't know how to really defend themselves because they're not applying for a salesman position, however most of these shy maids have actual talents every home would proud to have. An agency who knows this makes the most out of that bankable talent.

It is wrong if the maid agency is lying about that description or worse teaching the maids to lie too just so they'd get hired. There have been fraud cases of deception in age, nationality and even skills that can fool an employer so it's not really the fault of any doubtful employer but no matter how an agency sells lies; the employer has a way to discover the reality.

In interesting cases, some employers have been happy with their maids from the moment they interviewed their maid and she told them she' a great cook. The employers believe so, pay for the maid's air fare and actually ends up happy with their choice. The bottom line is that the maid and the agency have proven they are more than those promotions.

There are employers who have trusted a maid agency and who have loved their maid more than an employee. They owe it to the agency who know how to emphasize on the greatest strengths of their maid.
